ICARUS ON THE BROKEN WINGS OF TIME 2006-03-12

See me smile
My flying feet take me up
Seeking the sun, up the slope I soar
On a bubble of happiness, light as a fleeting moment
I flow like water
My heart no longer sore
And weary from war and worries
I glide on this tide
I fly
The wind winds its way
Softly swishing, my wing sometimes flapping
I ride the wave
But in my melting mind I known
That down to earth I go
That I float a while
Before I sink.
Sorrow
